1.假日學校—泰國及菲律賓高中(職)以上之學生。

   Holiday School-High school students or college students from Thailand and Philippines.

2.請利用本報名系統報名。

B. 必備文件 Required Documents

 

1.二吋照片1張

   passport-size photos

2.護照(有照片頁)影本一份

   Photocopy of applicant's passport. 

3.在學證明一份

   1 certificate of enrollment

4.申請報名費50美元(線上刷卡)(報名費無法退費，請全額到付)

   Application fee50 USD(Online credit card). (Please note that application fee should be paid in full and is not refundable.)
